Rob D'Amico
Board Member/Advisor
Robert (Rob) D’Amico is currently working in the capacity of Chief Security Officer at 1/ST (1/ST Group of Companies) and Sierra One Consulting. He has previously served as Chief Counter Unmanned Aircraft Systems at the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) and as a Marine for the US Marines Corps. Rob is an alumnus of the prestigious Ohio State University.
Timothy Reboulet
Retired Senior Special Agent, U.S. Secret Service
Timothy Reboulet brings more than 22 years of elite federal law enforcement experience to the Violence Prevention Hotline. As a Senior Special Agent with the United States Secret Service, he served on the Presidential Protection Detail under Presidents George W. Bush and Barack Obama and led the Electronic Crimes Task Force, including assignments with Europol’s European Cyber Crime Centre. He planned security for major national events including the G8, G20 Summits, and the Winter Olympics. Now Chief Strategy Officer at M6 Global Defense, Tim advises organizations, school districts, and government agencies on threat assessment, K–12 safety, and crisis prevention.
Robin Dreeke
Retired FBI Special Agent | Former Chief, Counterintelligence Behavioral Analysis Program
Robin Dreeke spent more than 21 years with the Federal Bureau of Investigation, rising to serve as Chief of the FBI’s elite Counterintelligence Behavioral Analysis Program — where he specialized in building trust, recruiting foreign intelligence sources, and decoding human behavior in high-stakes environments. A Marine Corps veteran, Robin is now a bestselling author (Sizing People Up, The Code of Trust, It’s Not All About Me), keynote speaker, and founder of People Formula LLC. Chris Grollnek is one of the nation’s most recognized authorities on active shooter and domestic terrorism prevention, with more than 30 years of experience across the military, law enforcement, and private security sectors. He founded the Active Shooter Prevention Project (ASPP) and developed the P.R.O. Model™ (Prevention. Response. Options.) — a prevention-first framework adopted as a national standard by the U.S. Department of Justice. He holds a Master of Science degree, has advised governors and congressional committees, and is a frequent expert commentator for CNN, Fox News, BBC World News, and NBC
Scarlett Lewis
Founder, Jesse Lewis Choose Love Movement | Sandy Hook Mother
Scarlett Lewis is the mother of Jesse McCord Lewis, a six-year-old hero who saved nine of his classmates before losing his life in the Sandy Hook Elementary School tragedy on December 14, 2012. In the aftermath, Scarlett found a message Jesse had written on their kitchen chalkboard: “Nurturing Healing Love.” Those three words became the foundation of the Jesse Lewis Choose Love Movement, a nonprofit Scarlett founded to address the root causes of violence through free social-emotional learning. Choose love is a no cost essential life skills programming for all ages and stages. Choose Love programming is now active in more than 16,000 schools across all 50 states and 135 countries, reaching millions of children worldwide. Chairman of ASHER 360 Nonprofit and advocate for Violence Prevention
Scott M. Hyderkhan was born and raised in Greenfield, Indiana. He served in the United States Army in the 2nd Battalion, 75th Ranger Regiment, 7th Infantry, and 10th Mountain Divisions. With 20 years of service, Scott is an experienced and combat-decorated veteran. Following his military career, Scott transitioned into law enforcement, serving for 19 years with the City of Mercer Island, Washington. During his time in law enforcement, he worked as a patrol officer, SWAT officer, Marine Patrol, and was part of a bicycle force within the regional civil disturbance unit in the Seattle Metropolitan area. During his time at the Mercer Island Police department, he dedicated his military expertise and SWAT experience in evolving his agency’s Tactical Response Unit. Since his retirement from the police department, Scott has trained countless agencies and has been the keynote speaker for events such as Prepare Texas 2023.

Kellie Ann Chainier is a distinguished change maker with a track record of shaping global security, privacy, and compliance frameworks across enterprise cloud solutions. She has dedicated her career to driving trust, transparency, and connecting individuals to enable organizations to achieve collective success. Particularly passionate about governments and non-profit work. Some of her notable achievements include:

Chief of Staff to Microsoft CVP of Worldwide Licensing and Pricing Division of Microsoft, responsible for about 60 billion dollars of annual revenue.
In her spare time, she is an advocate for reform in school security and law enforcement involvement in view of active shooter events plaguing the nation. She is a mentor and speaker on the topic of domestic violence and reform in the court system.
Choose Love Movement is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to transforming schools, homes, and communities by teaching people to respond to life’s challenges with courage, gratitude, forgiveness, and compassion-in-action instead of anger or fear. Founded by Scarlett Lewis in honor of her son Jesse, who was killed in the Sandy Hook Elementary School tragedy, the organization turns his message of “Nurturing Healing Love” into practical, next-generation Character and Social-Emotional Development programs for children and adults worldwide. ASHER 360 is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit and the community-focused arm of the National Movement for Prevention and the Active Shooter Prevention Project, dedicated to stopping active shooter and hostile events before they happen and strengthening safety where people live, learn, work, and worship. Through its ASHER 360 Model, the organization partners with schools, hospitals, houses of worship, and local agencies to build a shared culture of prevention, preparedness, response, and recovery-offering economically sustainable safety frameworks, School Ranger programs that empower and employ highly trained veterans in daily school operations, and practical leadership training that enhances (rather than replaces) existing protocols.
